Discovering the Best of Las Vegas at Virgin Hotels
Welcome to Virgin Hotels Las Vegas! This newly renovated hotel is the perfect place for young couples like us to enjoy a fun and budget-friendly vacation in the heart of the city. We recently stayed at the hotel and couldn’t have been more impressed. From the wooden floors to the abundance of amenities, Virgin Hotels exceeded all of our expectations. Here’s our review of the hotel:
Location: Just Minutes Away from the Best of Las Vegas
The location of Virgin Hotels is perfect for anyone looking to explore Las Vegas. While the hotel is not on the Strip, it’s just a short 10-minute walk away. This means you get the best of both worlds: a quiet and comfortable place to rest, while still being close enough to all the action. The hotel is also walking distance to the famous Topgolf Las Vegas, which was a highlight of our trip. We spent an afternoon golfing, eating, and enjoying the amazing views.
Wooden Floors: A Unique Feature in Las Vegas Hotels
One of the most unique features of Virgin Hotels is its wooden floors. It’s one of only two hotels in Las Vegas that has wooden floors, with the other being the NoMad Hotel. However, the NoMad is more expensive, making Virgin Hotels a budget-friendly alternative. We loved the wooden floors because they made the room feel clean and inviting. It was a nice change from the typical carpeted floors that are common in most hotels. The location tradeoff for wooden floors is well worth it!
Rooms: Spacious and Comfortable
The rooms at Virgin Hotels are spacious and comfortable. We stayed in the Grand Chamber Suite, which was perfect for a couple’s getaway. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the wooden floors added to the overall ambiance of the room. The bathroom was modern and sleek, with a large walk-in shower and double sinks. We also had a large living room area with a sofa and TV, which was perfect for lounging and relaxing.
Amenities: Everything You Need in One Place
Virgin Hotels has everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation. There’s a large casino with a variety of games to choose from, a fitness center to keep up with your workout routine, and a pool area that’s perfect for soaking up the Las Vegas sun. The pool area is especially impressive, with two large pools and multiple hot tubs. We loved spending our afternoons lounging by the pool and sipping on cocktails.
Food and Drinks: Delicious Options
There are plenty of delicious food and drink options at Virgin Hotels. One of our favorites was the Commons Club, which serves up modern American cuisine with a twist. We had a fantastic dinner there, and the cocktails were delicious as well. There are also several other restaurants and bars on-site, so you’ll never go hungry or thirsty. Did we mention – there is a Nobu restaurant too!
Entertainment: Something for Everyone
Virgin Hotels has plenty of entertainment options for guests of all ages. There’s a large theater that hosts a variety of shows and events. The hotel also has a variety of retail shops, including a Virgin Records store, so you can shop for souvenirs and other goodies.

Overall, we couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. The location was perfect, the wooden floors were a unique feature, and the abundance of amenities made for a fun and relaxing vacation. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a budget-friendly and enjoyable stay in Las Vegas.
