During my stay, I was able to take a leisurely stroll down to the beach to watch the stunning sunsets, and explore the local area.
Accommodations
The hotel boasts a modern and stylish décor that is consistent with the Hilton brand’s consistent quality. However, what really stood out to me was the recent renovation, which introduced stunning hardwood floors. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a work desk. The bathroom was clean and modern, with a walk-in shower and a large vanity mirror.

While it’s still walking distance, this is something to keep in mind when planning a beach day (especially with kids or equipment). Secondly, it is in proximity to a train track that can be quite noisy at times, although the hotel does a great job of blocking it out.
My Trip
During my stay, I was able to explore the local area and visit some of Carlsbad’s top attractions. One highlight of my trip was visiting Legoland California, which is just a short drive from the hotel. I also enjoyed exploring the local area and discovering some great restaurants, including Blue Ocean Robata & Sushi Bar which has one of the coolest exterior designs that I’ve seen. Overall, my trip to the Hilton Garden Inn Carlsbad Beach was a wonderful experience, and I can’t wait to visit again soon.
